Plum

Plum is a plant care and community app designed to help users nurture their plants while connecting with others who share a love for greenery. The platform integrates smart features like care reminders, plant identification, and expert advice, while fostering an interactive community for sharing tips and experiences. Through SWOT and MoSCoW analyses, the project identified opportunities to enhance engagement, prioritize essential features, and address potential challenges in scalability and user retention. The findings guided the design toward a more intuitive, connected, and growth-oriented experience. GrowMate ultimately showcases how thoughtful strategy and user-centered design can transform plant care into a meaningful, community-driven digital ecosystem.
