3D Kinematics
3D animation is the process of creating moving images in a three-dimensional digital space. It involves modeling 3D objects, rigging them with a skeleton structure for movement, and animating them frame by frame or through motion capture. Frames are rendered and rendering plugins are then used to produce the final sequence. The process of lighting, textures, and effects creates realistic motion. Unlike 2D animation, 3D animation offers depth and more lifelike motion, making it popular in film, gaming, virtual reality, and simulations. This art form requires both technical expertise and creativity, combining principles of animation, physics, and computer graphics for seamless, engaging visuals. It enhanced our gaming industry and plunged us into the era of virtual reality. The future is 3D with real-time, life-like animations augmented into our very reality. I intend to simulate and solve problems with the aid of 3D animation. I used Maya for the character modeling, rigging(IK/ FK optimized), texturing, and animation. I look forward to building virtual reality experiences in 3D!
